This year's theme will be ‘Go for gold’.  As we approach the Olympic year of 2012, the conference will help us to focus our efforts on becoming the best we can be, and achieving our highest levels of performance yet.  Each organisation has unique challenges but by aiming high and remaining focused we can all ‘go for gold’.

There is a strong link between high performance in business and high performance in sport, and this year's key note speaker will be helping us to explore this connection, and apply the ethos of elite sporting performance to the business environment.

The 2011 Customer Group Conference will be held on 1st and 2nd November.

Registration will begin at 9am on each day. Full agenda and timetables will be available to downloaded via the extranet. **PLEASE NOTE - booking and full agenda is not yet available, coming soon!
