Empower Customer Group

The Empower Customer Group was formed in 2006 to act as a forum for the exchange of ideas and information between its Members and NorthgateArinso.  The Group is self-funded and is administered by a Committee which consists of representatives from a cross section of businesses & various market sectors. The objectives of the Customer Group are to ensure that its Members’ issues are raised and successfully resolved and to challenge NorthgateArinso to ensure that Members receive a high level of service and continuous appropriate development of the HR Products.

Becoming a member

Corporate Membership of the Customer Group costs (per organisation) is paid for annually (from April - March) and entitles Members to the following: -

Meet some of the Empower Team at this year's Customer Group Conference 2012

The Empower Team have been hard at work finding ways to improve on the success of the 2011 Customer Group Conference.

The conference will take place over two days on and representatives from various teams will be hosting a selection of workshops covering old and new topics associated with the Empower applications.

Early bird booking - if your booking is received before 30th June 2012 you will be entitled to a discount of £10 per day, per person. This discount and any subsidies will be applied to your invoice.  Click Here to book via the Extranet. 

Subsidies for the 2012 Customer Group Conference

Among the many advantages of being a member of the Empower Customer Group is the subsidies which accompany your booking to the Customer Group Conference.  Although any Empower customer can attend (without joining the Customer Group), those who are members receive:

  • £200 subsidy per Customer Group Member organisation
  • Please note: these discounts only apply to organisations who have paid their previous year’s membership fees on time.

Members of the Group can also join Special Interest Groups

Members of the Group can also join Special Interest Groups (SIGS) which are crucial for the ongoing development of the product and focus on specific modules or areas. SIGs exist for  Personnel, Recruitment, Training, E-Products, Legal and Payroll. 

These are led by a member of the Customer Group and all SIG Meetings are normally attended by a representative from NorthgateArinso whose task is to provide updates on the latest developments and also to provide feedback to NorthgateArinso on any issues  or concerns voiced at the SIG meeting.
 

Access to the NorthgateArinso Extranet

All customers have access to the NorthgateArinso Extranet, where you can access Release Notes, PowerTool Upgrades and log / view support calls etc. If you would like access to this please contact the Support Helpdesk.

In addition a Customer Group Extranet has been developed within the NorthgateArinso Extranet, which only Empower Customer Group members are able to access.  This includes:

  • Contact Details for Members
  • Agendas, dates of future meetings and minutes for all SIG meetings
  • Information on the Annual Customer Conference including feedback from previous conferences
