How do I find the venue?  Can you tell me what to expect from the hotel?

How do I get to the venue by rail?
Hinckley station is about 5 minutes away by taxi (approx £6).

How do I arrange a taxi back to the airport/railway station?
Please speak directly to the hotel reception and they will be happy to book this for you. 

Is there a charge for parking?
No, all parking on-site is free. 

I have food allergies. Do I need to let you know?
Yes, please advise us at time of booking via the online booking form, to ensure that your allergies are catered for.  If you have already completed the form and still need to let us know please email customerconference@ngahr.com

What time can I check into my room?
Rooms will be available from 2pm.

What is the dress code? 
Business dress for the daytime.  Evening dress code to be inline with our theme for this years conference 'Year of the Dragon'. 

Do I need to register when I arrive?
Yes, please register with reception.

I'd like to make my own arrangements for dinner for myself and my colleagues. Is this possible?
Yes. The main conference dinner is an optional event, so you are free to make your own arrangements if you wish.

I need to cancel my attendance. How do I do this?
Please email customerconference@ngahr.com but refer to the cancellation policy on your booking form.

I would like to stay for an extra night before/after the conference. How do I organise this?
Please contact Hinckley Island Hotel directly. The telephone number for bookings is 0870 168 8833. Please be advised that we have no preferential rates arranged outside of the official conference dates so you will be given the best available rate at time of booking.
