PSe Customer Group

The PS enterprise Customer Group was created to act as a forum for the exchange of ideas and information between its Members and NorthgateArinso. The Group is self-funded and is administered by a Committee, which is formed by representatives from a cross section of businesses & various market sectors and who work together with Senior Management of NorthgateArinso. The aims of the Committee are to ensure that its Members receive a high level of service and to challenge NorthgateArinso to ensure that Members receive an appropriate amount of PS enterprise development. 

Free Entry for One Delegate to the annual Customer Group Conference

Your organisation does not need to be a member of the User Group to attend the conference, but the financial advantage of being a member far outweigh the costs of attending as a non member. The first delegate of member organisations will receive a subsidy which covers the two day conference, conference dinner and one night's accommodation with breakfast (At early bird rates, bookings made after this date will incur a surcharge of £20 + VAT). Second and subsequent delegates will be charged at the standard conference booking rates.

Why come to the conference?

The annual two-day conference with key speakers, user experiences and workshops provides information on new product developments and enhancements and updates on relevant legislation. The event also includes an opportunity to attend specialist breakout discussion groups on particular areas of interest. The conference is an ideal opportunity to network with peers, NorthgateArinso representatives and to exchange ideas.

Access to Special Interest Group Meetings

Members of the Group can also attend the scheduled Special Interest Group Meetings (SIGs) which are used for shaping the ongoing development of the product and focus on all PSe modules, including the development request process, user experiences and demonstrations. The meetings also provide an opportunity to meet up and discuss matters with like minded users of PSe.
 

Access to the Customer Group Extranet

All Customer Group member organisations have access to the NorthgateArinso Extranet, where you can access Release Notes and Log/View Support Calls etc.
Members will have access to a special area on the NorthgateArinso Extranet, which only User Group Members will be able to access. The site is being continually developed and will include:

  • Contact Details for all Members
  • Agendas, dates of future meetings and minutes for all Committee SIGs
  • Information on the Annual Customer Conference including feedback from previous conferences
  • Articles on and access to online “webinars” on developments and projects undertaken by users with the aim of sharing information and knowledge

Early bird booking - if your booking is received before 30th June 2012 you will be entitled to a discount of £10 per day, per person. This discount and any subsidies will be applied to your invoice.  Click Here to book via the Extranet.
