ResourceLink Customer Group

Members of the ResourceLink Customer Group are entitled to Two Free Day Delegates to the Annual Customer Group Conference 2012

The Committee working with NorthgateArinso organise the annual two-day conference with key speakers providing information on new product developments and enhancements and updates on relevant legislation. This year we are offering our members a subsidy to the first two delegates to book from each organisation - the customer group will pay the day delegate rate on your behalf - you only then need to pay for accomodation and the conference dinner. 

The event also includes an opportunity to attend specialist breakout discussion groups on particular areas of interest.  These events have proved to be a very popular forum with approximately 300 users attending each conference providing an ideal opportunity to network with peers and NorthgateArinso representatives and exchange ideas. 

Access to Special Interest Groups

Members of the Group can also join Special Interest Groups (SIGS) which are crucial for the ongoing development of the product and focus on specific modules or areas such as the Recruitment, Web Recruitment, Training, Self Service and Car Mileage. 

These are chaired by a Member of the Customer Group and all SIG Meetings are also attended by a Product Strategy Consultant from NorthgateArinso who works with the Group to prepare specifications and ensure a standard approach is adopted to the development of the product.

Access to Sector Groups

As well as SIGs, Members can also join Sector Groups which are dedicated to the development of any Sector Specific requirements such as Statutory Returns and include Public Sector, Private Sector and Higher Education.  Again, these meetings are attended by a representative from NorthgateArinso.

Access to the Customer Group Extranet

All customers have access to the NorthgateArinso Extranet, where you can access Release Notes, GUI Loading Instructions and Log/View Support Calls etc. If you would like access to this please contact the Support Helpdesk.

In addition a User Group Extranet has been developed within the NorthgateArinso Extranet, which only ResourceLink User Group Members are able to access.  This includes:

• Contact Details for Members
• Agendas, dates of future meetings and minutes for all Committee, SIG and Sector Groups
• Information on the Annual Customer Conference including feedback from previous conferences
